Fruit purees and fruit fillings


Fruit purees are processed from fruit of native varieties grown on the appropriate thermal floors by traditional farmers who have made the field their life to give life to the community. The fruits for agro-industrial production are selected to ensure the adequate level of ripeness, their safety and their flavor. Process technology allows obtaining the best of the fruit and preserving the original characteristics for use in a wide variety of industries and food products, from juices and smoothies to liqueurs, including desserts, pies, sauces, jams, ice creams, yogurts, beers and many more applications, fruits bring flavor, joy, health and experiences to each consumer.




The state-of-the-art processing plant for our purees is certified HACCP, ISO 22000, Kosher, a professional and technical team of high quality and a decalogue of commercial values impregnated in each member of the organization.


The variety of fruits is very wide, tropical fruits, citrus fruits, berries, exotic fruits from the Amazon jungle, all of them originating from South and North America and Europe, most of them grown in the same region of the processing plant under management protocols and direct technical assistance.
